Job Description

Business Development Manager - Home Based - £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience Chase & Holland are excited to be working with our client as they look to recruit a Key Account Manager to work nationally. You will be home. You will plan and carry out commercial activities in line with the product portfolio and general sales strategy. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales for genuine car parts to the accident repair industry. You will be a lead salesperson who will help to grow and develop business and maintain many existing accounts with small to large companies.Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provide new business development, marketing, and sales
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and budgets
  • Investigate and progress product development and buying
  • Increase company profitability with other departments such as Production, Quality and Finance.
  • Stock scheduling and resource planning
  • Provide fast and accurate customer service
  • Research new business
  • Marketing strategies
  • Develop relationships in person and over phone
  • Develop business across the Automotive industry
  • Develop business presentations
  • Price negotiations
    • Required Skills & Experience:
  • It would be advantageous to have experience in Automotive
  • 3 plus years in a similar B2B sales function in a technical environment
  • Excellent communicator (spoken and written)
  • Be able to detect and analyse needs to ensure business growth
  • Ability to build trust within relationships
    • In Return You’ll Receive:
  • A salary of between £30,000 - £35,000
  • 22 days plus bank holidays, holidays in crease with length of service
