Job Description

Business Development ManagerChesterfield - £32,000 plus Car AllowanceChase & Holland are excited to be partnering with a well-known online school uniform supplier who are looking for a driven and motivated Business Development Manager to join their innovative business who are currently going through a strong period of growth.We are looking for a dynamic individual with a drive for achieving results. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone with the desire to progress in their career and move into a more senior position. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Directorand working towards changing the trajectory of the business.In Return Youll Receive:

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
  • Providing strong account management skills to build relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Looking for new opportunities for business growth
  • Delivering customer sales analysis and forward planning, defining and qualifying new business and prospect opportunities
  • Providing sales forecast and marketing information on a regular basis
  • Day to day customer account management
  • Developing strong business relationships
  • Using Customer Relationship Management tools and database to report on sales activity
  • Attending UK & International trade shows and retail customer trade events to develop strong business relationships
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am5pm. Flexibility will be required.Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven successful sales experience with measured results ideally within textile/garment/uniform/school industry
  • Must have a desire to move your career forward
  • Highly motivated to seek out new business
  • Commercially aware
  • Confident and articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Experience using ACT!
  • Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS
  • Full clean driving license and own transport required (expenses covered)
