  • Branch manager position, focusing on all the day to day running of the Chesterfield branch
  • Reporting directly to Managing Director, you will be expected to manage your own diary
  • Will be required to manage all operational aspects including logistics, customer service, administration and sales
  • Providing excellent customer service to existing customer base
  • Ensuring all selves are fully stocked and presentable
  • Producing quotations and raising purchase orders
  • Providing training, coaching, development and motivation
  • Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
  • Managing a small team to deliver an annual sales and profit target, initial target will be £70,000 per month for the branch
The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager - specialist Building Products with:
  • Must have branch management experience (would consider an assistant branch manager with product and route to market experience)
  • Ideally will be from an electrical wholesaler background familiar with electrical products such as; cables & accessories, cable management, heating & ventilation, switchgear & distribution, testing equipment, LED lighting, lighting & accessories
  • Must be sales driven
  • Customer service focused
  • Would consider a sales engineer / someone wanting to progress as this is a fantastic opportunity for a first branch manager role
