The RoleAre you an experienced Branch Manager from Building Distribution, Construction Supply or Builders Merchant backgroundDo you enjoy leading teams and driving successful operationsJewson in Chesterfield is hiring now for a Branch Manager leading a team of 11+.Competitive salary (Depending on experience) + Company Car + Performance Bonus + Pension + Life Assurance + Private Medical + 31 days holiday per yearSkills and Experience required:-

  • Leadership of up to 11+ people gained in Builders Merchant or Construction Supply
  • Proven successful experience managing branch P&L
  • Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced teams
What the job involves:
  • Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Build and develop great relationships with new and existing Customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions
  • Build effective relationships with Suppliers
  • Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
HOURS OF WORKMONDAY TO FRIDAY 730AM TO 5PMSATURDAY 8AM TO 12NOON FORTNIGHTLYThis role is working with Jewson part of the STARK Group.
