Job Description

At Perrys, we are looking for our next rising star!We put our ethos of "people first" in to everything we do, whether its the first-class customer service we deliver, the excellent aftersales advice or the way we train our employees, our people always come first.Due to internal promotion, this opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Regional Sales Administration Manager within our Central Sales Administration Department based in Chesterfield.What will my new role involveJoining the Perrys team as an Assistant Regional Sales Administration Manager, you will be reporting to the Regional Sales Administration Manager, and will be required to assist with the management of the new and used car Sales Administration functions at Chesterfield (Ford), Mansfield (Ford and Mazda), Alfreton (Ford), Worksop (Ford and Kia) and Retford (Used Car Sales). Specific duties include:

  • Keeping up to date with product changes and marketing programmes
  • New Ford car vehicle stock ordering and monitoring of stock levels and mix to ensure we maximise sales opportunities
  • Reporting on Ford vehicle stocks daily identifying surcharge and adopted units and maintenance of internal stock listing
  • Tracking vehicles orders from the factory to our branches and reviewing deliveries to ensure to ensure we fulfil customer orders as soon as possible
  • Ensuring vehicles are correctly contracted for customers and company vehicles and we have the correct paperwork required for the current marketing programmes for audit purposes
  • Allocating vehicle registration numbers
  • Acting as primary contact and manage dealer transfers in and out the business
  • Processing orders for our Rental Ford car vehicles fleet
  • Providing support to Sales Administrators in the central team and the branches. This includes vehicle invoicing, registering vehicles and requesting work line through the workshop across New Ford, Kia and Mazda and used cars.
  • Providing support and coverage for the Regional Sales Administration Manager
  • Ad hoc administration tacks
  • Our ideal Assistant Regional Sales Administration ManagerWe are looking for an experienced, professional individual with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills. The successful applicant must be able to work to tight deadlines with an organised, thorough and methodical approach to paperwork and be able to prioritise workload. Previous sales administration experience in a Ford franchise would be an advantage.
