Adecco Sunderland has an exciting opportunity to join a well-established companybased in Chester le Streetasa Relationship Manager on a permanent basis.The working hours are - Mon-Fri 2 shift pattern of either 9-5 or 10-6 with Some Saturday morning overtime shifts available.Salary £18,000 to £21,000 plus monthly bonusThe RoleTo effectively manage customer accounts that have fallen into arrears & maintain all other accounts with a high level of customer service. Effectively communicating with customers to offer tailored solutions to achieve affordable outcomes which are in line with regulatory guidelines & Company policies & procedures. The Customer Relationship Manager will work within a team to positively contribute to the delivery of departmental and business key performance objectives.
