Job Description

Adecco Sunderland has an exciting opportunity to join a well-established companybased in Chester le Streetasa Relationship Manager on a permanent basis.The working hours are - Mon-Fri 2 shift pattern of either 9-5 or 10-6 with Some Saturday morning overtime shifts available.Salary £18,000 to £21,000 plus monthly bonusThe RoleTo effectively manage customer accounts that have fallen into arrears & maintain all other accounts with a high level of customer service. Effectively communicating with customers to offer tailored solutions to achieve affordable outcomes which are in line with regulatory guidelines & Company policies & procedures. The Customer Relationship Manager will work within a team to positively contribute to the delivery of departmental and business key performance objectives. The job holder will be required to comply with the individual conduct rules and meet the Companys fit and proper standards, which will be assessed on a regular basis.The ideal candidate will have:

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Experience within a similar industry
  • Effectively listen and demonstrate empathy
  • FCA aware
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and on your own
