Job Description

Data Marketing DirectorReed Marketing and Creative have partnered with a global agency currently in an exciting phase of growth. This global ATL and BTL full-service agency are now looking for a Data Marketing Director to join them and strategically grow their business and that of their clients. In this leadership role, the successful candidate will be a combination of strategist, technologist, creative thinker, and manager. They will be in charge of all marketing/digital strategy for their clients, ranging from overall communication strategy to social media, website, eCRM, eCommerce and retailer strategy, in alignment with not only brand goals but sales goals as well. The ability to communicate clearly, guide the specialist team to achieve maximum potential, and collaborate effectively with internal and externalstakeholdersat widely varying levels of technical knowledge is a must.KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of data driven marketing and marketing Digital Transformation (DX) across Europe.
  • Develop clients marketing/digital strategy & operate digital platforms including:
  • o Overall Brand/Marketing Strategy/Direction o ATL/BTL/Digital/In-Store/Other channels o Digital creative & Digital media strategy o eCRM strategy & Customer DB management o eCommerce strategy & Retailer strategy o OBS (Online Brand Shop) Operation with understanding of data analytic insights and lead data analytics manager
  • Enhance internal capabilities of digital/data-based decision making and optimization process.
  • Work seamlessly with business units and sales department to enhance overall consumer journey/experience.
  • Identify business opportunities based on Marketing/Analytics Manager’s analysis and mobilize key internal/external stakeholders for new initiatives to achieve better results.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices and manage and oversee various digital marketing channels.
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • B.A (or above) degree level or equivalent qualification or experience.
  • 15+ year’s Brand & digital strategy/ marketing communication experience
  • Ideally have experience of the Consumer Electronics industry.
  • Leading a team in charge of development & delivery of Marketing/digital projects (optimising owned, earned & paid platforms) to deliver brand/commercial goals.
  • Able to demonstrate strategies and achievement to balance commercial, customer and consumer motivations to deliver outstanding results.
  • Demonstrate fluid understanding of digital advertising options via retailers, websites, social media channels together with a thorough understanding of KPI setting and measurements.
  • Experience in overseeing a team which operated Google full-stack technology (GMP, GA360, Google Cloud Platform, Data Studio, Big Query, etc)
  • Able to balance multiple projects and work to aggressive time scales within budget.
  • High implementation standards, striking a balance of speed and quality, prioritization and manage expectations where appropriate.
