Job Description

Residential Sales Negotiator - In busy town centre branch.Salary - £20,000 Plus Commission Plus Team Bonus!Annual Leave - 25 days plus Bank holidays!Continued Learning & Development Opportunities - with membership organisations.We at Boffin have been asked by a prestigious client to find a new proactive sales negotiator to join their growing team. Our client is looking for an experienced sales professional who can hit the ground running and work collaboratively with the team toachieve and exceed sales targets.Duties - (in a nutshell)

  • The office is your domain, ensure it is presented well with up-to-date display marketing materials.
  • Engage with, register and qualify applicants, promoting all suitable properties.
  • Book and accompany viewings and pursue all Market Appraisal leads.
  • Follow up with your viewers, get to know their wants and needs and feed it back to the clients.
  • Maintain board presence, prepare sales brochures, and ensure EPCs are up to date.
  • Prepare those important sales memorandums, carry out anti-money laundering ID checks and invoicing.
The candidate;
  • Ability to manage your own diary efficiently whilst confidently working alone and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation skills between buyers and vendors.
  • Previous estate agency experience desired.
  • Knowledge of Expert Agent a bonus.
  • Full UK driving license
