And we are now looking for "the one" for the long term to join team Autograph.You will work alongside colleagues who have over 30 years combined recruitment experience who are still just as passionate about their job; working with the best candidates and clients, as they were on their first day. And, as we near the end of lockdown we are equally as excited to get out and celebrate team success!Currently we are all working from home but are on the search for our next office or offices. Therefore, we would welcome applications from candidates who are within a commutable distance of Thornbury, Chepstow or Pill.As Recruitment Resourcer no two days will be the same! You will support our Recruitment Consultants with a wide variety of tasks and as such you will be a pro at multi-tasking!Your day could include:• Contacting potential and existing candidates over the phone and responding to email queries• Screening candidates for specific job roles• Owning our CRM, making sure information is up to date and compliant• Writing job adverts and posting to job boards• Formatting CV’s• Handling incoming enquiries from clients• Arranging interviews for clients and candidatesOur ideal candidate will:• Ideally, have worked within recruitment or in sales previously• Have strong administration skills• Have a key eye for attention to detail• Be passionate about delivering an exceptional service• Be hungry to succeed and self-motivated• Be a natural peoples person• Have an unflappable nature and loves a challenge• Be a creative thinker with a forward thinking, can do attitudeIf you are genuinely interested, please apply for immediate consideration.
