We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a great company with strong presence nationally, with international connections.This is a part-time role based in Chepstow, working for this client on a part time basis 2 days a week.To prosper in the HR Business Partner role, you will need to manage regular staff engagement, maintaining a warm culture in the workplace and supporting your colleagues.The main objectives as their new HR Business Partner will include: Reviewing and supporting the processing monthly payroll compliance Leading initiatives to engage staff Being the lead on all recruitment to ensure values and culture fit Supporting new HR strategy and initiativesYour main duties will include: Monthly reviews with the MD and FD to provide key achievements in regards to the HR landscape and compliance Conducting annual pay reviews and appraisals along with the appropriate line managers Engaging staff and controlling HR, social, welfare and staff events funds Reviewing and processing (as back up) monthly payroll Engaging management to improve HR compliance Creating and maintenance of all system users to be compliant Assisting managers with performance management, implementing performance improvement plans when appropriate or high potential development plansThe client is offering a salary in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 pro-rata.
