Customer ServiceGerman Speaking Location: ChepstowPosition: Full time, PermanentSalary: £25,000 + BenefitsOur Client We are delighted to be working with this privately owned, well established, successful, and innovative business. They continue to grow, with ambitious and realistic plans to impact their turnover significantly over the next couple of years.The opportunity Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their creative and successful Sales team. This could offer an ideal opportunity for a talented individual who would like to progress in a career through the medium of the German language.Working with company processes and policies, as well as industry standards, the successful candidate will converse with customers, providing the best possible service.For the right candidate, this would be a great career opportunity with a clear structure of progression within the company. This will offer plenty of opportunity to be recognised for great work from the Sales Team and, our client is quick to reward greatwork and results.Responsibilities of Customer Service:

  • Building and maintaining great relationships
  • Responding to and processing customer leads, opportunities, enquiries, queries, quotations and orders
  • Provision of English and German speaking remote technical supportby telephone and email
  • Liaising with Germany based Regional Sales Manager regarding leads, opportunities, product demonstrations, technical support and development
  • Working as part of a wider Customer service and Inside Sales team focused on improving customers experience and driving sales
The ideal candidate:
  • Preferred experience withina Customer Service role
  • Presentable person with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Impeccable telephone manners
  • Ability to converse fluently and confidently in German and English
  • Great IT skills, including with the use of Microsoft softwares
