Job Description

CNC Programmer (Offline) / Project Analyst Location: ChepstowPosition: Full time, PermanentSalary: Up to £35,000Our Client Autograph Recruitment are delighted to be working with this global m anufacturer. Providing bespoke metal and plastic parts, assemblies and systems to some of the Worlds leading Automotive brands. Their success has been a result of having the right expertisein place to offer customers the right, most bespoke finishes.Supplying a variety of high-profile customers with premium interior finishes, modifications, entertainment systems, and other professional finishes. Providing complete, creative solutions for a vary of needs. My client prides themselves on their consistentcommitment and professionalism in providing the best expertise to their customers.The Opportunity This position is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to contribute in bespoke, professional projects. This role will involve working with CAM software and CNC machines to produce high-quality components.My client is looking for a talented individual, with experience in using bespoke software. With the ability to read CAD designs and drawings, the successful candidate will be a part of a hardworking, proactive team.Responsibilities of CNC Programmer / Analyst:

  • Ensure CNC programs are completed correctly and timely
  • Create and prove CNC and CAM programs using premium software
  • Review CAD designs and provide productive feedback
  • Liaise with software and workshop assistance to overcome any issues
  • Produce instruction and tool lists for machine operators
  • Keep clean and perform basic maintenance on company equipment
  • Monitor all programs to ensure instructions are performed safely and successfully
  • Detect and report any machinery or programme malfunctions or issues
  • Adhere to company quality policies and procedures and comply with company policies and health and safety procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a similar role, using similar software and machinery
  • Working to deadlines efficiently, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to understand manufacture CAD files and 2D drawings
  • Able to follow oral and written instructions efficiently
  • Can work independently and as part of a team, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Work accurately in a time-constrained and pressured environment
