Job Description

A Year 1 teacher is needed to join a vibrant and flourishing primary school located in Kensington and ChelseaThe Role:The ideal Year 1 teacher must have experience working as a KS1 teacher and provide exceptional references. You will be supported by an incredible leadership team and have the support of 2 hardworking Teaching Assistants!This role will involve:

  • Assessing, tracking, and reporting on the pupils attainment and personal development
  • Building strong working relationships with you class and other members of staff
  • Establishing positive and supportive relationships with parents and carers
  • Encouraging pupils to express their opinions, thoughts, and feelings
  • Set high expectations for pupil behaviour.
  • Provide a caring and supportive learning environment based on mutual respect.
