Job Description

The ClientOur client is a London lettings-only specialist, who is a rapidly growing small business with plans to open up more offices in the near future, expand their team and continue to help build a focused team of hard-working and caring property professionals.The Ideal CandidateYou will use your passion for sales and look to transfer your existing skills into the lucrative lettings market. Part of your role will be to help landlords to achieve the best possible price for their property whilst giving great customer service to both the landlord and tenants alike. You will also be a dedicated and ambitious individual who strives to succeed withinthe property market.If you have the relentless determination to succeed and are results driven then we want to hear from you.Responsibilities

  • Negotiating with potential tenants to get vendors the best possible price
  • Generating appointments for viewings and market appraisals
  • Showing the clients around properties
  • Responding to queries via email and telephone
  • Attending meetings with other individuals involved in the lettings process
  • Arranging for the clients to sign contracts
  • Making regular contact with clients to make sure that everything is going smoothly
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients following lets, etc
What Youll Bring
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in creating great conversations and relationships tailored to the customers needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
  • Great problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to take initiative and be proactive.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a constant desire to develop
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as in a team.
  • Positivity, enthusiasm, and passion.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Must have had a valid UK drivers license
