Job Description

Sales Administrator£25-30kWest LondonFull time Office role 9:30am-6pmWe are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a growing Interior Design Company in West London. This will suit a candidate who has worked in a similar role before, it is an administration/customer service/logistics based position which willgrow more into a sales based role.Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator role include, but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with the full order process from start to finish, dealing with the ordering and delivery/ installation process.
  • Ensuring the order is placed and that all details including finish, size, delivery address and pricing are correct.
  • Ensuring the client pays the right amount of funds, preparing invoices and updating systems.
  • Regularly checking delivery times to ensure that the order is not delayed, reviewing the purchase orders, requesting the final balance from the client, and preparing the product for delivery.
  • Dealing with any shipment or inventory issues, making shipping arrangements as necessary
  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents
  • Liaising with manufacturer to progress the order for warehouse delivery
  • Providing post-delivery solutions for any issues that may arise.
  • Assisting Sales team with pricing and preparing proposals for customers.
  • Maintaining the showrooms, keeping up to date with product knowledge and undertaking regular stock checks
