Project Planner - Prime Residential ConstructionMy client is reputable high end residential main contractor.With an established trading history and owned by experienced industry figures, they are enjoying a growth phase and are one to watch in the London Prime Residential market.They specialise in the delivery of high specification projects in Londons most prestigious postcodes including Kensington and Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, and Hampstead.Their projects are predominately new build and refurbishment of grand homes and luxury apartments with contract values to £8m.They are a privately owned business who are financially robust with an enviable client list of consultants, architects, and high net worth individuals.Due to a controlled increase in turnover further to new project wins, they are now looking to appoint a planner at Intermediate Planner or Senior Planner level.The successful planner will be based in their modern London offices, and may have some flexibility to work from home, and will visit sites as required.The planner will be fairly autonomous, reporting to a company Director, and will be tasked with the project planning for a newly secured, flagship £8m project in Kensington, as well as 1-2 concurrent projects.You will be experienced in the delay process and EOT, and have some experience of claims.They currently use Asta but will consider using other software if appropriate.Experience of prime residential projects is strongly preferred.This is a great opportunity to attain a position with a growing company, working on projects of a very high quality in prestigious areas of London.Please apply now, or if you would like further information on this exciting opportunity contact Rob James.Project Planner - Prime Residential ConstructionFor the purposes of the Conduct Regulations 2003 Premises Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for temporary recruitment.
