Part time Facilites Assistant for immediate start at a building in Chelsea. You will be required to be part of the Faciltites Team and your duties will be;Duties and Responsibilities:• Movement of goods: pressure vessels, gas cylinders, stores goods, equipment, furniture, post, hazardous & safe waste, glassware• Driving the company vehicles to provide a service to all sites as scheduled or requested. Ensuring the vehicles are kept clean, tidy and roadworthy condition and reporting any faults• Operation of equipment as necessary: compactor, baler, manual fork lift truck, electric hoist, glasswashers, autoclaves, ovens, franking machine• Assist with planned events & seminars - meeting/event space set up• Any other duties that may be required which are consistent with the nature and grade of the post Team Administration• Assist with filing systems both manual and electronic• Assist with the maintenance and distribution of new and updated documents• Assist with general data input to the database systems• Assist with managing poster boards• Assist with local inspections Training and DevelopmentSome travel to Sutton may be required.Build Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
