Im currently working with a School in the London Borough of Camden that support students with Social Emotional Mental Health issues. The School supports and young people who have a history of trauma, display low self-esteem and low confidence.The students in the school struggle with expressing their emotions and feelings and this is displayed with a range of challenging behaviours, such as Lashing out, verbal abuse and physical abuse.To support the students effectively we are seeking candidates who are Consistent, resilient, firm, polite and gentle.
