Job Description

OverviewHR Assistant and Office Co-ordinator - £29,000 - £30,000Location: London -HybridThe roleMy client is looking for a focused, organised, ambitious individual to join their agile, high performance HR division. You will have 2-3 years HR generalist/administrative experience and used to working in a fast-paced environmentHR duties including, but not limited to:

  • Daily HR recruitment inbox monitoring and responding/redirecting emails,
  • Assisting the HR department with the full employee life cycle including recruitment, diary management relating to interviews, onboarding, performance appraisal cycle administration, offboarding, maintaining personnel records and database (BambooHR),
  • Assist with the running of the assessment centre for potential candidates
Office administration duties including, but not limited to:
  • Reception duties including but not limited to answering incoming calls, welcoming guests, meeting room bookings;
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies, stationery, furniture;
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures and office administrative systems;
  • Ensuring the office is maintained to a superb standard and is a warm environment.
  • Ensuring health and safety policies and risk assessment are up to date and ensure daily health and safety is observed;
Transport and courier service booking;
  • Any other administrative duties as might be required from time to time (i.e. minute taking; agenda preparation, preparing letters, presentations and reports)
  • Social Event Organisation as required
Knowledge and skills required:HR administration/officer background and experience requiredOffice coordinator/management including health and safety background
