The role of a graduate recruitment consultant:
  • Creating adverts to attract high-level talent
  • Cold calling
  • Client meetings all around London
  • Market mapping and networking
  • Building relationships with both candidates and client
They are looking for Graduates that are:
  • - Outgoing and sociable!
  • - Possess an optimistic, can-do mindset.
  • - Are you financially motivated and persistent
  • - Possess excellent communication skills.
  • - Able to work long hours of 8:30am - 6pm
What can the role offer you
  • Base Salary £23,000 - £30,00
  • Earn up to 30%commission on deals! - Average consultant bills £60K AND THIS IS ON TOP OF YOUR BASE.
