The supply of PPE remains a critical component in the national response to COVID-19. This role is an opportunity to be a vital part of the nationally coordinated focus on securing PPE.UK Central Government and the NHS aim to deliver a sustainable, stable, responsive and proactive category led approach to this evolving challenge, unlocking globally prevalent supply-side constraints, service significant and changeable national demand-side requirements whilst continually managing supplier and contractual risk and performance.This role requires a motivated senior individual, to manage multiple category team leads, with emotional intelligence and commercial acumen to influence complex supplier relationships and mitigate risks in quality, timescale, and cost.
