Underwriting Team ManagerSalary: CompetitiveLocation: Homebased, Chelmsford areaWe have an exciting new opportunity within in Underwriting as Mid-Market Team Manager working within the Chelmsford/Essex area. The role is accountable for delivery of the team’s people and operational performance, ensuring strong underwriting quality andcapability development, driving profitable growth and supporting strategic direction!A bit about the job:This role is responsible for the operational performance of a team of around 15 underwriters in the Essex area. The role involves working alongside the Senior Underwriters to enable the delivery on the profit/loss, revenue, capability, resource, governanceand engagement of the team.
