Job Description

Technical Clerk - Part Time We are currently recruiting for a Technical Clerk to work part time hours for an engineering company based in Chelmsford. The purpose of the Technical Clerk will be to provide clerical support for the engineering team.Hours: NegotiableSalary: Competitive (depending on experience)Location: ChelmsfordAssignment Type: PermanentRequirements: Driving Licence and access to car essentialDUTIESYour main duties will be -

  • Collating engineering drawings
  • Routine maintenance on printer
  • Maintaining stocks of consumables
  • Photocopying & binding of reports
  • Archiving documentation
  • Minor maintenance work
  • Transfer documents to & from archive store.
  • Assist with some QA works.
This role will involve the manual lifting and moving of archived boxes to local storage units.
