Sous Chef3 evenings per weekChelmsfordSalary £33-37K AAEOur client, a Modern British Gastro Pub on the outskirts of Chelmsford are currently looking for a talented Sous Chef who is capable of producing high quality meals using fresh ingredients. This restaurant prides itself on serving first class contemporarycuisine, regularly changing their menu to reflect seasonality and quality ingredients. The Gastro Pub offers an enchanting setting, elegant surroundings, with a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere, with effortless, yet impeccable, service. They are very wellknown for their standard of food and service.Our client requires an enthusiastic Sous Chef with a passion for food, who is capable of cooking to a high standard and ready to join the talented and established kitchen brigade. The Sous Chef must be able to train & develop their teams while contributingto the overall success of the kitchen.
