You will be joining asmall, busy and extremely friendly sales and marketingteam to primarily support processing their sales orders, B2B and B2C. You will start by learning about the business and its sales order process which will involve managing their sales email inbox, taking calls and gathering information to produce a salesquotation. The next stage to your development will be to learn how to design artwork visuals for customers.This is a multi-skilled role that will allow you to use your marketing and social media skills to promote the company and their product rangeon a number of different digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram etc aswell as contribute to the marketingof the company. No two days are ever the same and you must be comfortable communicating with all levels and picking up the phone to talk to customers!Key skills required areexcellently written communication; you will be expected to present customers with quotations and visuals by email and eventually account manage several customers. In addition, you must be comfortable working with numbers to calculatewhen it comes to producing quotations, producing invoices and arranging orders to be dispatched.This really is an all-around sales and marketing role which will allow you to develop as quickly as you wish. You MUST drive due to location!In this role youwill be responsible for:-Responding to emails in our sales inboxRunning Amazon & Ebay accountsProcess online orders from the website or phone using OrderwiseProcessing & chasing paymentsProcess customer invoices once the orders are dispatchedDeal with missing consignments and liaising with the customerProgression Road Map Manage FB & Instagram social mediaUpdating and managing the company website.Managing sales/print enquiries from lead to sale ensuring deadlines are met.Designing artwork visuals on Adobe Illustrator/PhotoshopWhat you need to be successful: Bubbly & Enthusiastic & PunctualGood communication skills with a confident telephone manner.The ability to multi-task and work under pressurePrevious experience in retail or sales administration or salesOrganisational skillsExcellent GrammarGood knowledge of MS Office including Word and ExcelIf you are interested in this role, call Samantha Chambers or Sarah Palmer today to find out more - dont miss out!
