gap healthcare are currently recruiting for Residential Support Workers to provide quality care to young people within a new transitional service in the Chelmsford, Essex area.Our Client offers a truly caring environment to supporting young people (aged 16-18 year old), often with a complex welfare history. They aim prepare young people to lead successful independent lives, by building their self-confidence, providing them with emotional and practical support and by helping them gain essential life skills.
