Job Description

Internal Sales Account Manager Print Industry Chelmsford, EssexInitially Part-Time hours (20 Hours) Potential to move to Perm Salary £12-£13 p/h depending on print experience + Excellent Commission Rates Job Role Our client is a leading small and large format print production house based in the heart of Chelmsford. They are currently recruiting for a proactive Internal Sales Account Manager (Office based) to nurture current accounts and also develop and upsell to new accounts.Key Duties Include

  • Dealing with external sales executives and accounts on a day-to-day basis
  • Quotes for materials
  • Processing orders
  • Consistently hitting monthly sales target and up selling to client base
  • Handling internal and external queries for deliveries
  • Dealing with regional customer / accounts on a day-to-day basis
  • Consistently follow up and contact all new target prospects.
    • Experience Needed
  • Must have proven key Account Management experience within a print related industry
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Client facing experience
  • Competent with Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Within a commutable distance to Chelmsford
