Job Description

Title: PALocation: ChelmsfordSalary: £34,000 - £35,000Days/ Hour of work: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00The company A professional and growing organisation based in Chelmsford are looking for a proactive and organised PA to support the CEO and deputy CEO. This position will be extremely varied and will allow the successful candidate to really make the role their own.You will need to have a strong background working as a PA and will need to be able to hit the ground running. You will need to have strong grammatical skills, high attention to detail and to be a great communicator to succeed in this position. They are lookingfor someone confident, proactive, organised and engaging.Benefits

Duties
  • Taking minutes during company meetings
  • Extensive diary management
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Attending external meetings with CEO and Deputy CEO
  • Booking travel for members of the senior leadership team
  • Overseeing the CEOs inbox and flagging any import and urgent emails
  • Taking part in project and research work, preparing detailed reports, analysis and responses
  • Working alongside the other PAs within the organisation
  • Organising internal and external events
  • Successfully building and maintaining strong relationships with all employees
  • Managing incoming issues, enquiries and concerns within the organisation
  • Remaining up to date with relevant legislation, trends, local and national initiatives
  • Coordinating and catering meeting rooms as needed
  • Managing and sending official documentations
  • Processing expenses for senior members of staff and board members
The ideal candidate
  • Youll have significant experience working in a PA position
  • Youll have knowledge of diary management and minute taking
  • You have good communication skills
  • You have an ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • You have strong attention to detail
  • You have a good knowledge of MS packages
  • You have a proactive mindset
