Job Description

To provide operational support the Partner Assurance team enabling an efficient service to our internal and external clients. To actively promote best practice, sound record management, to provide feedback, efficiencies and, where required, training forcontinuous development and service improvement.To provide support to Gallagher Business Units to ensure appropriate agreements are in place to allow free flow of business transactions whilst supporting and adhering to the Gallagher Conduct & Governance policies and frameworks as applicable. Your Role:

  • Deputise for the Operations Manager representing Partner Assurance in various meetings and projects
  • Provide operational support the 4 teams within Partner Assurance
  • Assisting the Operations Manager in oversight of processes handled by our Gallagher Service Centre team including directing MI and data for forecasting, planning and analysis of volumes, quality assurance reviews and transfer of additional processes.
  • Use MI and data provided to identify areas for review, improvement and resourcing
  • Ensure all processes are documented, adhered to and remain current.
  • Maintain and enhance contract records, including reporting capabilities
  • Identify areas of improvement, and where possible automate, current processes.
  • Assist in the management and co-ordination of matters impacting multiple teams within Partner Assurance. Champion our "one team" mentality
  • Obtain and act upon feedback from our internal and external stakeholders for a continued service improvement.
  • Manage and provide support for projects including regulatory changes, change to internal processes and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Develop and maintain productive and creditable working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Continue to develop and maintain an understanding of the UK regulatory framework as it applies to your role.
Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the various trading partners within the insurance industry (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including good active listening skills
  • Work well under pressure and able to manage large and complex volumes of work
  • Can grasp new subjects quickly, and deliver high quality output within tight deadlines.
  • Takes a hands-on practical problem-solving approach to achieving business outcomes
  • Ensures that the right business culture and behaviours are being demonstrated to internal and external clients
  • Able to work under own initiative while recognising when to ask for guidance
  • Looks at the bigger picture and thinks strategically about solutions with a proactive approach.
