Multi Skilled Operative Working in our properties in Essex (around the areas of Chelmsford, Braintree and Stanstead). Must live in a commutable area.Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)Salary circa £31,449 per annum (depending on experience) plus van and great benefitsDelivering a reliable repairs service. Youll be carrying out highquality, right first-time maintenance across responsive and void properties. And we really are great! 5th best to work in the UK in fact!Youll be a multi skilled, ensuring that all your allocated jobs are completed right first time with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers. Youll take pride in delivering compliance and high quality work.   • Experience of working across multiple trades such as joinery, carpentry, plastering, tiling, brickwork, groundwork or basic plumbing.
  • A relevant building/construction qualification.
  • A flexible approach, able to use own initiative and judgement.
  • Able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
Our Multi skilled Operatives need to have a valid Basic DBSCheck under the Disclosure and Barring Service. The great news is that we will pay for this to be done.What you will get to help you be even more brilliant
