Job Description

Our client, a car dealership in the Chelmsford area is currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join their exceptionally busy Marketing Team. The salary on offer for this role is £18k - £22k depending on your experience.Daily Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and report to him/her to ensure all tasks are done according to company standards;
  • Devise online marketing projects and undertake such towards enhancing the image-making and profit making goals of the organisation;
  • Coordinate all social media channels in a consistent, branded approach in line with company standards;
  • Ensure the website is fully optimised for search engines and identify suitable websites to build links;
  • Increase the number of followers, likes and audiences for our digital marketing and social media outputs;
  • Monitor, report and analyse results to improve performance, using tools such as google analytics and others;
  • Work closely with the Social Media Assistant to maintain the company’s social media presence;
    • About You:
  • A keen interest in marketing, with experience in a similar role;
  • A keen interest in cars or automotive;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Previous experience writing for online, print and social media communications;
  • Good eye for detail;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Experience and good knowledge in Microsoft word and excel software packages;
  • Practical experience of the complete range of digital marketing techniques;
