Key Account Manager The Role: Your role as a Key Account Manager will be to work closely with end user clients across the hospitality, retail, and catering sectors throughout the South East and some nationally based accounts. You will be selling a range ofpersonal identification solutions such as name badges, lanyards, wrist bands into head office level decision makers in this strategic account management position. Working closely with an inside sales team, you will be targeted on account acquisition and retention.You will be dealing with multi-site accounts such as restaurants, hotel groups, and retail outlets who have a base in the South East but also operate throughout the UK. This is a business development focussed position in the early days where you will be growingyour Key Account portfolio whilst managing the thriving account base that you will inherit. Everything you win will be retained and managed by you to evolve the position into a more Key Account Management focussed position over time.The Company: Our client are a part of a multibillion dollar organisation who are a global player in signs & labelling solutions. They have a UK manufacturing base and a strong EMEA sales team. They develop their people, offer genuine careerpaths, and have flexibility in their working weeks. This particular division is well placed to attack the market as lockdown eases and make real gains in the HORECA market sector.We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Have a track record of managing large retail & HORECA accounts
  • Are at KAM or NAM level currently
  • A strong relationship builder at all levels
  • Proactive in nature and strategic new business head
  • A demonstrable track record of success and progression
  • Full & Clean Driving licence
Salary: £40,000-45,000 DOE + £25k uncapped OTE year 1, Car Allowance of £4,800, Laptop, Mobile, 21 days holiday, Pension
