Job Description

Hybrid workingpredominantly remote, 1 day a week inStratfordAn innovative Technology solutions focused organisation, with a strong customer focus and incredible employee engagement are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their team to cover maternity on the basis of a 9-12 month contract.The HR Business Partner operates as a trusted advisor on all People related matters. As the primary interface between the HR function and the lines-of-business, you will diagnose organisational issues and develop and execute HR solutions that address businesschallenges. As we look to drive our business forward, you will be key in assisting us with our transformation and growth.Key duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Act as a credible advisor and develop and execute HR solutions that address critical organisational issues
  • Partner with senior leaders in the business to build a people plan that delivers results aligning with our business objectives and an exceptional employee experience evidenced by industry leading levels of engagement
  • Build authentic organisational relationships that foster trust and enable a collaborative partnership with stakeholders and colleagues alike
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure appropriate organisation design and work in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and deliver hiring plans whilst ensuring exceptional candidate experience and development of the employer brand
  • Coach and educate People Managers on People related issues, driving a high-performance culture where we aspire to hire and retain the top Talent in the software market
  • Bring new ideas to the table to evolve our policies, processes and introduce automation, gain buy-in and create alignment to bring them to fruition and execute against them.
  • Play a lead role in driving successful inclusion and diversity initiatives to achieve our objectives and continually develop our inclusive culture
  • Support and lead delivery of a broad selection of people related projects within a fast moving and fast scaling environment.
Key skills and experience required
  • Proven experience in a commercially focused HR Business Partner role
  • Strong generalist knowledge including; compensation, employee relations, performance management and organisational design
  • Experience of working with current People technology solutions and leveraging their capability to deliver the people strategy and insightful dataWorkday experience is a big advantage
  • You are experienced at working intimately with internal customers and in driving business outcomes through HR partnership
  • Data driven approach, able to navigate and analyse data trends and insights to interpret meaningful information
  • Strategic thinkerable to take a long-term view and break it down into tangible activities that will achieve a long term goal
