I want to meet graduates who can work in the classroom, communicating and supporting a varied range of learners of different ages. You must possess a keen interest to assist with extra-curricular activities and an optimistic attitude towards learning. There are a number of roles available, with the key ingredients being very similar. Our client schools are looking for down to earth, enthusiastic, hardworking and intelligent individuals, who have aspirations of going on to become the next generation of teachers and public sector specialists.All teaching Assistant positions available are to start this September, they are full time and will see you working within a mainstream Primary school, whether within the Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You will be working in class, offering support to the class teacher and with pupils who have additional learning needs. These roles will require versatility and determination, with daily challenges coming your way and in need of a calm head. As a teaching assistant you will have the opportunity and responsibility of taking intervention and booster groups as well as supporting 1:1 sessions inside and outside of class. It wont take long for you to feel at ease in such an environment, welcomed by the current staff and supported by the excellent leaders in place.These teaching assistant vacancies are within a range of schools, inner and outer London boroughs. All schools are graded Good and Outstanding by Ofsted and have excellent leadership team in place.
