Job Description

Customer Service Advisor/Progressor (Hybrid working) - Permanent (Full time)Salary: £21k-£23k Per Annum - D.O.EOur client based in Chelmsford are seeking a Customer Service Advisor/Progressor to join their team on a Permanent basis. The successful individual will be chasing for documentation and commitment from clients and updating the companys CRM system.Duties: Ensuring all relevant information is collated and maintained within CRM Investigating customer complaints and ensure all information is correctly logged within the helpdesk Chasing clients for information ensuring number of touch points per client are completed Chasing for documentation and commitment from clients Working to call targets - number of chases and calls made Working in a small team environment Support with any ad hoc adminstrative dutiesExperience Required: Attention to detail Experience in speaking with clients, both internal and external Ability to work on own initiative Able to work remotely and be self-motivated Being proactive and taking ownership of own workloadHours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:30 & Friday 08:30 - 14:00Hybrid working, mainly remote workingBenefits: 24 days holiday, Healthcare & Pension (after 3-month probation)Laptop and equipment providedHuntress does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all relevant UK legislation.
