Job Description

Buyer Administrator

  • Salary: Up to £25k per annum
  • 8 am to 6 pm - Monday to Friday
  • Saturday on Rota
    • A typical day as a Byer Administrator will include:
  • Liaise with auction houses with regards to vehicles sold and brought;
  • Log all vehicles in and out, carrying out inspections when transporter lorries arrive on site;
  • Manage and process all paperwork relating to the Buying team;
  • Load vehicles onto our website, ensuring all information is correct;
  • Liaise on a regular basis with the buying team;
  • Maintain payment records and conduct all relevant file checks;
  • Process and Track department of motor vehicle registrations;
  • A small amount of driving may be included in this role.
