Job DescriptionBusiness Admin Team LeaderLocation: Springfield Hospital, ChelmsfordHours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-timeSalary: Depending on experience + BenefitsSummary:Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex leading private hospitals. It is a 68 bedded hospital all with en-suite facilities, three of which are two bedded parent and child rooms and a high dependency unit with three beds. There are six operatingtheatres, a physiotherapy department and on-site private GP services.The Role:We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Business Admin Team Leader to join our team at Springfield Hospital, based in Chelmsford. We are looking for someone who is an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated customer focused personto lead the team.You must have the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload whilst working under pressure. Previous experience of leading a team, excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate good leadership skills is essential.As a Team Leader, you will be required to:

  • Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
  • Assisting with hiring processes and new team member training
  • Overseeing team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Developing strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Working within the Standard Acute Contract guideline ensuring letters are processed within the timeframes required
