In return for an outstanding individual, they offer an impressive benefits package and career opportunity.The Role of Applications EngineerJoining as an Applications Engineer you will be office-based in Chelmsford working with new and existing customers to provide technical support, training, and product advice. You will work very closely with the UK sales teams to understand what their needis and be a main point of technical contact from pre-sales through to contract delivery, implementation and customer follow up. Youll also be producing technical tenders, quotations and on-site as well as remote support. This is an exciting role for someonethat has a strong technical understanding.The Candidate for the Applications EngineerThe successful candidate needs to be hungry, motivated, hardworking, and focused. You will be either educated to a minimum of HNC in an electrical or mechanical discipline or be a hands-on engineer that has worked extensively within HVAC and ventilation.Full specific product training will be provided but experience within ventilation would be highly advantageous. It is important to stress that the company are looking for candidates to progress through the business and have aspirations to further their careers.
  • Can do attitude, and able to liaise with internal colleagues and external customers
  • Hold a HNC or above in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
  • Able to commute daily to Chelmsford office
The Package for the Applications Engineer
  • £28,000 - £40,000 basic salary, depending on experience
  • Bonus up to 10%
  • Pool vehicle if needed to visit customers
  • Pension
  • 25 days holiday plus stats
