Application Support AnalystTeam - DevOps and Claims OperationsLocation - ChelmsfordOverviewDutiesProviding operational support and ensuring delivery of a consistent service to our customers. Liaising with third party vendors and internal stakeholders as necessary to fulfil service requests, resolve incidents and manage problem resolution / small & medium change requests through to delivery.Facilitate and support regular security and application updates. Monitoring of applications to ensure infrastructure remains stable and appropriately resources to meet the requirements of the application. Deliver maintenance releases to all systems co-ordinating test plans, UAT cycles, defect management and resolution through to implementation.Provide support and analysis for various business and IT projects. Working as part of a team to facilitate initiatives and continuously improve our application and service offering.
