Job Description

This role delivers a welcome and moving service for all our customers to ensure a smooth moving experience, working collaboratively with the District teams and Customer Resolution Centrein areas of expertise while maintaining strong relationships with key partners internally and externally.There couldnt be a more exciting time to join CHP as we are currently experiencing three times the growth of the industry average.   • Advise and recommend reviews and updates to develop policy and procedure in area of specialism. Support operational teams regarding specialist policy and procedures and monitor implementation.
  • Maximise the turnaround and usage of all properties in line with CHPs corporate objectives, working closely with Homes and Places teams.
  • Work pro-actively with Local Authority partners to develop high quality Lettings Plans for all new build schemes to help create cohesive and sustainable communities.
  • Manage all aspects of the shortlisting process in accordance with the allocations and lettings policy, including temporary accommodation.
What we are looking forExperience, knowledge, and skills
  • Understanding of social housing and lettings process.
  • Knowledge of data protection legislation and working with sensitive personal data.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
