Shift Production OperativePermanent OpportunityImmediate StartCheddleton Near Leek, Staffordshire MoorlandsStarting salary £21528 + Shift allowance of £6458, equating to £27986After successful completion of probationSalary £23655 + Shift allowance of £7097, equating to £30752Salary annual reviews and further progressions availableFull time, Shifts including Days and NightsFull Training providedThe RoleWorking on a plant you will be part of a small tea ensuring the required operational results and objectives through the efficient and effective running of a production plantOperating the plant duties in accordance with site and safety proceduresEnsure that the Company and legislative standards of Health & Safety and QA are upheld at all timesOperate the plant in a consistent and reliable manner through the appropriate use of tools, equipment, control systemsReport all relevant information in line with Company policy and proceduresCompletion of process documentation such as Batch sheets and Stock movement sheetsBe responsible for delivering accurate information during shift handoverEnsure that laboratory testing is carried out in accordance with the relevant Lab proceduresSkills and AttributesMust be reliableAble to work shiftsOffer attention to detail and interest in working on a site plantProduction work idealEngineering advantageousA solid work history even if trained in a different sectorFull training providedThe HoursShifts will include Days and NightsDays 6am - 6pmNights 6pm - 6.30am3 Days On1 Day Off4 Nights On1 Day Off3 Nights10 Days OffLife InsuranceBonus SchemeExcellent company and workplace
