Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a tenacious sales person looking to begin their Estate Agency career. A well respected independent estate agents in Cheam are looking for an additional Negotiator to complete their team.Requirements -

  • A full driving licence and own car
  • Live locally, with knowledge of the Cheam area
  • Able to work every Saturday (you’ll get a mid week day off in lieu)
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ideally you’ll have worked in a sales environment before
  • A willingness to learn and a positive attitude!
    • As a Sales Negotiator you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking to buy a property. You’ll register their details, arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate sales and be responsible for progressing the sales through to exchange and completion.The company pride themselves on their professionalism and the high service levels they provide to customers. The successful candidate will be personable, have great communication skills and a genuine desire to succeed within the estate agency field.Salary dependent on experience to include a basic salary and monthly commission.Working hours M-F 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm.
