If you have the aspiration, capability and dedication, we can give you the support and opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.The site operates 24 hours 7 days a week, you will work 12 hour shifts including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.Things that you will have* Good communication skills* Ability to work flexibility* Basic Literacy skills* Basic Knowledge of general learning difficulties and mental health issues* Common sense approach to problem solving.* Basic numeracy skillsWhere you will be workingLocation: The Woodhouse, Lockwood Road, Cheadle, Staffordshire ST10 4QUWorking alongside a multidisciplinary team, youll provide person-centered care for male and female patients with a learning disability/ autism or personality disorder. Gaining experience across low secure and locked rehabilitation environments to support better health and greater independence.Youll work in environments ranging from small village cottages, where independent living skills can be developed, to 8 bedded units that facilitate the development of daily living skills.
