We understand that for our business to grow, our people must grow.Due to some changes internally we now have a new requirement for a Senior Intermediary Telephony Partner to join our Commercial Intermediary team.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a contact strategy with partners across an assigned portfolio and building external, multi-level relationships to originate and transact new business through relationship, product and underwriting expertise.
  • Lead organisation, assessment, distribution and control - originating on own account and also pre-qualifying and passing to other members of the team.
  • Use of CRM to manage all affiliate interactions and monitoring/tracking of activity and ownership of pre-qualified leads and pipeline opportunities.
  • Prepare and undertake reviews for each affiliate relationship in conjunction with Business Development Director / line manager.
  • Create and manage an MI and reporting suite for each affiliate relationship to support monthly reviews to improve lead quality and drive new business conversion.
  • Undertake appropriate due diligence at take on of a new affiliate relationship and work with oversight team to fulfil business assurance requirements
  • Understanding and embedding of contractual agreements in place with affiliate partners to ensure adherence with terms and conditions, introducer fees paid etc
  • Undertake and ongoing review for each affiliate relationship and evidence cost / return analysis and commercial benefit to the business.
  • Develop and support the delivery of a prospecting plan for on-boarding of new affiliate relationships in conjunction with Business Development Director.
  • Build and deliver a coaching plan including imparting underwriting knowledge and experience to affiliates as part of a defined relationship strategy to up-skill around product criteria and appetite and embed knowledge and understanding across their teams.
