Job Description

My client is market leader in high end retail products.The RoleWorking alongside our Sales and Account Management team, you will be responsible for maintaining key customer relationships. You will have a passion for delivering excellent levels of service levels to our (B2B) UK & International accounts as well as our growing base of (B2C) end users.Ensuring that our customers have a great experience with us, whatever the situation is key to this role.Based in our offices in Cheadle, Stockport, this is a full-time role which offers attractive perks.Duties

  • Liaise with customers by telephone, email, live chat and in person. Visits to customer locations will be required from time to time. Attendance at selected trade exhibitions may also be required.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of enquiries and comments, as well as actions taken using our CRM system and paper filing as necessary.
  • Process sales invoices, purchase orders and payments with accuracy and attention to detail within the required time frame. Ensure that data protection legislation is followed when processing financial data of clients and suppliers.
  • Ensuring customer delivery schedules are met and following up with after-sales information to customers. Printing and preparing delivery labels, barcodes and customer delivery data as required using various software and systems. Assess and complete all customer related forms and applications.
  • Deal with customer grievances or special requests in accordance with the Company’s set guidelines in a friendly, supportive and understanding manner.
  • Seek out root cause of customer issues and service failure and recommend solutions that are commercially viable.
  • Support the Sales and Account Management team by creating proposals and line sheets to meet customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • General and administrative processes to be executed with precision and in a well organised manner.
  • Prioritise and manage time and ensure that line managers are up to date on all aspects of the role.
  • Requirements
  • Proven track-record and/or the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • An enthusiastic and motivated individual with personal drive, tenacity, positive outlook, strong work ethic and a can-do’ attitude.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal presentation skills. Precise, with keen attention to detail, organised with a deadline driven approach.
  • A self-starter, you will use your initiative and take responsibility.
  • Excellent Office 365 skills which include Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
