Job Description

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGERCHEADLE£22,000IMMEDIATE START + CLOSE TO TRAIN STATION + EXCELLENT BENEFITSProactive Personnel are currently working with a leading company based in Cheadle who, due to growth, are seeking a Customer Account Manager to join their outstanding team.As the Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting patients through their treatment, from initial consultation through to when the treatment starts.You will be a gentle, open minded individual who has at least 2 years experience as a customer service advisor, customer service representative, administrator, booking coordinator, patient coordinator or similar. If you have a background within healthcareit would be advantageous but it is not essential as full training will be given.Immediate interviews are taking place so please send your CV in for immediate consideration!As a Customer Account Manager for our client your duties will include;

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries via the phone, email or patient app
  • Support patients in all aspects of pre and post treatment
  • Effectively manage the patient journey, providing excellent care at all times
  • Provide patients with accurate and up to date information when requested
  • Liaise with members of the clinic team
  • Using and updating the patient record system accurately
  • Completing general office administration duties such as filing, photocopying etc
  • Keeping up to date with current procedures
  • Completing other duties as required
The successful candidate will require;
  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a customer service advisor, customer service representative, administrator, booking coordinator, patient coordinator or similar
  • Background or knowledge of the healthcare sector or NHS would be advantageous
  • Experience of dealing with clients both on the phone and face to face
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as under your own initiative
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills
