Are you a School Caretaker or Maintenance Operative looking for a new roleSearch Consultancy are recruiting a Caretaker / Maintenance Operative to work for our client, a specialist school for complex learning needs based in Stockport. This is a full time role, starting immediately, with a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.Hours of Work - 8am to 4pm 5 out of 7 days. Pay - Up to £12.00phDuties include but are not limited to:* Maintenance of school buildings * Gardening and landscaping of school grounds * Inspecting the school buildings, ensuring all facilities are in good working order* Working as part of a team to complete basic repairs and maintenance as required* Adhering to the schools safety policies ensuring a safe working and learning environment is maintained for all. This is an Ofsted rated Outstanding Specialist School, catering to children and vulnerable young adults with complex learning and physical needs. The school also provides on-site living facilities for their young adults and as such this large campus needs tobe appropriately maintained.
