PA / Office Manager - Legal - Permanent £20,000-£25,000 - Cheadle HulmeWorking as part of the support team responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative service across all aspects of the Companys operation. The Legal Secretary/PA will work closely with the Managing Director to assist with all aspects ofthe smooth running of the office and the development of the business and will be both internal and external facing.Responsibilities and Accountabilitiesword processing- auto numbering, doc preparation, setting of templates;oversee the day-to-day functions concerning the office;audio and copy typing;dealing with telephone and email enquiries;creating and maintainingfiling systems;scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes;organising travel for staff;using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence anddocuments and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;working successfully with the companys CRM systemdevising and maintaining office systems;booking rooms and conference facilities;using content management systems to maintainand update websites and set up and maintain internal databases;liaising and negotiating with external suppliers;ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;organising and sending outgoing post;photocopying and printing various documents,sometimes on behalf of others;arranging in-house and external events;maintain management information systems (manual or computerised);research tasks;assist in marketing tasks;Input accounts data (i.e. invoices and expenses).Call Sam Nixon for an immediate interview and start 0161-676-4878
