As a Teaching Assistant in a PRU or Alternative Provision, you will playa pivotal role in creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students who require additional assistance.Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting engagement and academic progress.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to create an inclusive and supportive educational atmosphere.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a PRU or Alternative Provision is highly desirable.
