The success of the company’s work at the RSME means it is now able to maximise opportunities to grow and further diversify, so that it can support more employers, training providers and awarding organisations tohelp their learners achieve their goals.The OpportunityThe company is seeking a Security Controller with experience of working in a Defence or Government setting, and knowledge of the security standards required in such settings.In the first instance, the Security Controller will establish the processes, policies and ways of working to ensure that the Company operates according to the principles embedded in relevant standards (e.g. contractual, Defence JSPs, Government). Once establishedas business-as-usual, the post holder will manage ongoing compliance and improvement.The Security Controller will implement and monitor security controls, maintain security risk registers, respond to security incidents and proactively inspect operations.
